Jasmine’s Wedding

Jasmine’s Wedding

From the onset my bridal client Jasmine insisted on a very  natural look for her wedding. We met up for a consultation just a few weeks ago where we tried out a couple of looks. She finally chose a bronze/champagne based theme for her wedding look.

On her wedding day I arrived at the Tower Bridge Hotel to set up and waited a few minutes for the Hairstylist -Andree Marie to finish off on the hair.

When I finally had the bride, I cleansed and moisturized her skin and started off with the eyes like I usually do.

Using Urban Decay Naked Palette I used Smog all over the lids and the lightest beige shade in the inner corners of the eyes to open it up. The eye crease  was deepened with MAC eyeshadow in Embark. Using Lancôme Artliner 24 in Black diamond and an angled brush, I drew a liner with a wing.

Jasmine changed her mind on using lashes but I was able to convince her to use a natural pair as they have the benefit of enhancing the eye look.

I gently contoured her face using Sleek contour kit in Dark  and using a medium fluffy blush swept MAC blush in Ambering rose all over her cheeks. For added glow I dusted Becca’s Highlighting powder in Topaz to the highest point of her face. Then used a large fluffy brush to dust MAC’s mineralized skin finish in Deep dark around the outer perimeters of her face. This product produces warmth to the skin with just the right amount of sheen which always look gorgeous on brides!

Jasmine wanted very nude lips so I softly lined her lips with MAC’s lip liner in Chestnut and filled in MAC’s lipstick in Touch.

The final look with her hair all done up. Couldn’t stay to see her dress as I had to rush out to the next client.
