Cleopatra’s Wedding

Cleopatra was a referral from an American Makeup Artist – Mali Magic. She booked me immediately without requiring a trial as soon as I confirmed my availability.

I met Cleo for the first time when I arrived at her prep location which was the beautiful Corinthia Hotel in Central London.

Her makeup was started off with cleansing using Bioderma micellar water and hydrating using Embryolisse lait cream.

Her eye brows were filled in using MAC brow pencil in spiked followed by MAC brow gel in show off.

On her eyes I used Smashbox cosmetics petal metal cover shot eye palette to creating this eye look followed by some mink lashes for added drama.

To prep her skin I started with Charlotte Tilbury Wonder glow all over her skin followed by Becca ever matte primer on only the Tzones. Foundation used was Lancome Teint Idole Ultra wear foundation followed by NARS creamy concealer to brighten under her eyes. This was set using RCMA no colour loose powder. Using a large brush I dusted MAC studio fix powder in Nw43/45/50 all over the face for a seamless coverage.

Blush used was MAC blush in raisin followed by Bobbi brown shimmer brick in bronze to highlight the high points on her face. I added dimension through contouring using MAC studio fix powder in NW58.

The look was finished off on her lips, I started off with lining around the edges of her lips using MAC Lip liner in chestnut. This was followed by MAC lipstick in a mix of Taupe and Yash. A clear gloss was then added for a sultry finish.

Look at the smile! How beautiful is Cleo?! Unfortunately I had to leave immediately for another job which meant I could not wait to take images with the bride in her dress 🙁

Thank you Cleo for trusting me and being a wonderful client! God bless you.
