I was contacted by my lovely Jamaican bride – Chantelle mid 2017. We had a trial session a few weeks later and my service was booked.
On the wedding day, I made my way to her prep location in West London. Her hairstylist – Rachael Arike was finishing off on her hair when I arrived. I started as soon as she was done.
Chantelle wanted a very simple and refined makeup. I started off with my usual cleansing and hydrating routine. Chantelle has dry skin so I massaged in a good amount of Embryolisse lait cream.
Her brows were filled in using Anastasia Beverly hills brow definer in chocolate. I then prepped the eyelids using MAC paint pot in constructivist. Eyeshadows used were mostly by MAC – Twinks, Woodwinked, Swiss chocolate, Carbon and Beauty Marked.
This was finished off with ingot gel liner 77 and Ardell demi wispy lashes.
Aside very few pigmentations on her face, Chantelle is blessed with beautiful clear skin. Due to her skin’s tendency to go dry I applied Embryolisse lait cream as a hydrating primer. Pigmentations were cancelled out using LA girl pro conceal in Orange.
Foundation used was NARS all day luminous weightless foundation in a mix of Macao and Cadiz. NARS creamy concealer in Caramel and Amande brightened under her eyes which was set with Laura Mercier loose powder in Translucent. The rest of the face was set using MAC blot powder in Dark followed by a light dusting of MAC studio fix powder in Nc45/50 for a seamless finish.
Blush used was MAC blush in Dollymix. To contour I used MAC mineralise finish in Deep dark and added luminous shine using Becca shimmering skin perfector in Opal.
MAC lip liner in Cork was used to line the outer edges of her lips followed by MAC lipstick in half n half. This was finished up with MAC lipgloss in Nymphette.
Chantelle looked absolutely stunning in her dress!
To think she looked this stunning for just her court wedding, I can’t even imagine her final look for the main wedding in Warsaw, Poland!
