Feyi’s Wedding

I was booked for my lovely Bride – Feyi via her Wedding planner Rugie – CEO Mrs Wedding planner.

No trial was required, I met the bride for the first time on her wedding day.

My wonderful friend and hairstylist – Deborah Lola was finishing off on her hair when I arrived. I began work as soon as she finished.

Feyi’s brief was very simple, she wanted a light application and a flawless finish. She hates heavy makeup application.

Due to her skin being on the oily side, MAC fix + spray was used all around the face after cleansing to act as a hydrator. No matter how oily your skin is, you still need some form of hydration. It should just be extremely light.

Her brows were filled in using Anastasia Beverly Hills brow definer in Medium brown and combed through with MAC brow gel in show off.

MAC paint pot in Laying low was used to prep the eyelids. Main eyeshadow used – MAC All that glitters. Ingot gel liner in 77 and Ardell wispy lashes finished off the eye look.

Feyi had a few blemish scars and pigmentations which were corrected using MAC orange corrector. Foundation used was NARS All day luminous weightless foundation in Cadiz and Macao. To highlight and brighten under the eyes I used NARS creamy concealer in Caramel. This was set using Laura Mercier loose setting powder in Translucent. I added more coverage using MAC studio fix powder in Nc45/50 with a dense brush.

I lightly contoured the outer perimeters of her face using MAC studio fix powder in Nw50 and highlighted using Bobbi brown bronze glow. Blush used was MAC blush in Dollymix.

The whole look was finished off on the lips by firstly lining the outer lines using MAC lipliner in Cork followed by MAC lipstick in Lovelorn and MAC lipglass in Dreamy.
