Ibiyinka! One of the loveliest bride I’ve been blessed to work with this year! She contacted and booked me late 2017 for her destination wedding in Athens.
We had a trial a few months to the wedding to lock down her preferred look and I met her beautiful mum! This was one wedding I was looking forward to for sure!
I had just 2 days to rest from Florence wedding ( Oyinwa’s Wedding ) and I was off again to Athens in Greece. My hotel was part of the Divani Collection, the rooms were so beautiful. Only thing, I could not explore the city as I needed to rest for the wedding day. This wedding was my 3rd destination wedding within 10days, so the jet lag was super real 🙁
The next day being the wedding day, I made my way to my bride – Ibiyinka.
Her brows were filled in using MAC brow pencil in Spiked followed by MAC Brow gel in Show off. Her eye look was created using just the Violet Voss holy grail eye palette followed by Ingot gel liner in 77 and mink lashes.
For prep I used just Embryolisse lait cream followed by Becca ever matte on her tzones. I used Lancome teint idole foundation in a mix 11 & 12 followed by NARS creamy concealer in a mix of Amande and a tiny caramel. This was set using Laura Mercier loose setting powder in Medium deep. This was also used to set the rest of the face followed by MAC mineralised skin finish in Dark.
Ibiyinka is not a fan of highlighters but I know she needed glow on her cheeks so I used MAC extra dimension blush in Telling glow all over her cheeks blending towards her hairline. To contour I used MAC studio fix powder in NW50.
To finish off her look I lined the outer edges of her lips using MAC lip pencil in chestnut followed by MAC lipstick in Half n half and finished off with a tiny MAC gloss in Nymphette applied to just the middle of the lips and blended out.
How Stunning does Ibiyinka look? Thank you so much for the booking!
