My lovely Cherish 🙂 No trial booked as she knew exactly what she wanted and sent me visuals of the specific look she wanted.
On her wedding day I made my way to her prep location at The Novotel Hotel Excel.
I waited for the hairstylist – Charishair to finish the hair prep before starting work.
Cherish has very dry skin so I began by massaging a good amount of Embryolisse Lait cream all over her face and down her neck.
While I let that sink into her skin, brows were groomed using MAC brow pencil in spiked and strut. I then applied MAC paintpot in Soft ochre all over the lid to prep and eyeshadows – Woodwinked, Arena, handwritten, texture and carbon, all by MAC. The eyes were finished off with glam lashes, Cherish wanted drama! Khadija mink lashes by Lashes by Accessorycircus gave her the drama.
Moving back to her skin, I applied another layer of Embryolisse lait cream as her base. Then using a damp beauty blender sponge I buffed in NARS all day luminous weightless foundation in a mix of shades – Tahoe, Cadiz and a bit of Macao at the outer perimeters of her face. Cherish’s skin can’t handle too much powder so I gently applied MAC mineralise skin finish in Medium golden to set just under her eyes after concealing with Kevyn Aucoin sensual skin enhancer in a mix of 11 and 12.
Skin was finished off with a sweep of MAC blush in peach twist and Becca shimmering skin perfector in Opal.
On her lips I applied MAC lipstick in Pink Nouveau with a light application of MAC lip pencil in cork to the outer edges of her lips to add definition. Bobbi brown high shimmer lipgloss in pink sequin completed the whole look.
Cherish looked absolutely breathtaking!
