Chelsea’s Wedding

Chelsea’s Wedding

It was sheer Bliss having Chelsea as a bridal client. Right from when she made her enquiry to even booking my services without requiring a trial, it was all so easy going.

We did meet up for a trial to consult on her look some weeks to the wedding and her personality was so beautiful to encounter.

On her wedding day, I arrived at her hotel meeting the hairstylist ( AVOS Hair) at the reception on her way out after finishing the brides hair.

I set up and began straightaway. She had applied her own moisturizer but I spritzed over her face MAC fix + for a burst of hydration.

Brows were filled in with MAC brow pencil in spiked and a clear gel to set.

On her eyes I started off with MAC gel liner in Black track as her base and using a combination of shades from the Lorac pro palette – Garnet and my custom made MAC palette – twinks, Swiss chocolate, carbon & embarked,  I created a gently smoked out eye look. This was finished off by some lashes for added glam. Lashes used was Ardell Wispy lashes.

Her face was primed using Smashbox photo finish foundation primer. Using a damp beauty blender sponge, I applied Mac Matchmaster foundation in a mix of 7.5, 8.0 and 8.5. Under her eyes, I used Mac prolong wear concealer in NW40 and this was set with Ben Nye Topaz powder.

The rest of her face was set with Mac blot powder in Deep dark. Her outer features were defined by contouring with MAC studio powder foundation in Nw58 and highlighted with Becca highlight powder in Topaz. Blush used was MAC blush in Breezy.

Her lips were lined with Mac lip liner in Chestnut and filled in with MAC lipstick in Half and Half. This was blotted off and reapplied to give longevity to the colour.

Chelsea was in such high spirits when I finished, I had a massive smile on her face leaving her room for my next client of the day.
