My Stunning bride – Tayo contacted and booked me for her wedding last year. Location of the wedding – The beautiful city of Split in Croatia.
My services was booked for her pre-wedding party the day before and the wedding day itself.
I flew in Friday Morning, had a quick rest and was off to Tayo’s Villa to work with her for the pre-wedding party which I found out was being held on a cruise boat.
On the actual wedding date, I arrived again at the prep location and started on Tayo after the hairstylist – Papachichistyle had finished prep on her hair.
Tayo has normal skin which goes to combination depending on the weather. Her skin was cleansed and hydrated using garnier micellar water and MAC fix + spray.
Her brows were filled in using MAC brow pencil in Spiked and a clear brow gel to keep brow hair in place.
On the eyes I started with MAC paint pot in Laying low followed by The Balm cosmetics eye palette in Nude-Tude to create this look. This was finished off with Ingot gel liner in 77 and glam mink lashes.
Moving on to the rest of her face, I started with mixing Charlotte Tilbury’s wonder glow with a pea sized amount of Embryolisse lait cream. This was applied all over the face with a flat foundation brush. I then used LA girl pro conceal in orange to areas of her face with pigmentation issues and Becca ever matte primer applied to her T-Zones to control oil for the day.
Foundation used was NARS all day luminous weightless foundation in a mix of shades – Benares and Khartoum. I used a damp beauty blender to apply this to get a skin like finish. For under her eyes I used Kevyn Aucoin The etherealist super natural concealer in the shade 9 which was set using Laura Mercier Loose setting powder in Medium deep.
I then used MAC studio fix powder in NW50/55 all around the face to add a bit more coverage and give a flawless finish.
Using a fluffy brush, I swirled Mac extra dimension blush in Hard to get all over her cheeks followed by Becca shimmering skin perfector in a mix of Topaz and Chocolate Geode on her cheekbones, cheeks, brow bone and any area that catches light. MAC studio fix powder in NW58 was used to give dimension to her beautiful face though contouring.
The whole look was finished on the lips. I started with NYX lip liner in Expresso followed by The balm liquid lipstick in Committed. MAC lip glass in a mix of Oh baby and Pinkarat was applied all over the lips for a plush looking pout.
Tayo truly looked like a Queen in her stunning dress surrounded by her beautiful bridesmaids.
