Lovely Rochelle first contacted me beginning of this year regarding her wedding. She initially enquired about a trial but then decided against it and booked me based on my body of work 🙂
On the day I made my way to her wedding location – Northbrook park. The hairstylist was finishing up when I arrived.
After setting up, I began with my cleansing routine. Rochelle has normal skin but with dry areas.
Her brows were filled in using Evita Joseph brow pencil in chestnut brown and midnight drop followed by Anastasia Beverly Hills brow powder in chocolate.
Eye base used was my regular – MAC paint pot in Laying low. I used mostly one palette to achieve this eye look – Smashbox cosmetics Cover shot Petal Metal eye palette. This was my first time using it and I was really pleased with how pigmented the shades were. This was finished off with Ingot gel liner in 77 and natural styled mink lashes.
I mixed Charlotte Tilbury’s Wonder Glow with Embryolisse lait cream and applied all over her face and down her neck. On just her nose and chin I applied Smashbox photo finish foundation primer to control any impeding shine during the day. Foundation used was NARS All day luminous Foundation in MACAO, this shade was literally spot on her colour. To brighten under her eyes I used NARS creamy concealer in a mix of caramel and amande and set this with Laura Mercier loose setting powder in Translucent. I then mixed this with medium deep and applied all over her face to set the rest of the face.
To define Rochelle’s beautiful features I used MAC studio skin powder in NW50 followed by Smashbox cosmetics spotlight highlighting palette in Gold. Blush used was MAC Ambering rose.
On her lips I started with MAC lip liner in chestnut around the lips, followed by MAC lipstick in Half n half and finished off with MAC lipgloss in Nymphette.
I finished off the look by using a large fluffy brush to apply Smashbox cosmetics petal metal shimmer in gold over her chest and down her hands. This looked absolutely stunning especially in the Sunlight.
Unfortunately I could not stay to capture Rochelle in her dress but had a sneak peek at the dress and Wow! Absolutely stunning!
Thank you Rochelle for booking my services, it was lovely working with you 🙂
