Nyasha contacted and booked me early this year with no trial. She was such a joy to work with.
I arrived at the prep location at Borehamwood, did my setup while waiting for the hairstylist – Charis hair to finish prep.
Nyasha has combination skin so I gave her face a good cleanse and a spray of MAC fix +.
Her brows are sparse, so using Anastasia Beverly hills brow definer in Medium brown, I filled them in. Her eye look was created using the Violet voss holy grail eye shadow palette. I can’t give specific colours as I tend to mix shades to create the hue I want.
The eye look was completed with some natural looking strip lashes by Ardell.
On her face I started with Smashbox photo finish foundation primer applied across the face leaving out the Tzones. For the Tzones I used Becca ever matte primer. I then buffed in Lancome teint idole 24 ultra foundation in shade 14. This was followed with NARS creamy concealer in a mix of Amande and Cafe. This was set using Laura mercier loose setting powder in Medium deep. The rest of the face was set using MAC studio fix powder in Nw50 using a big fluffy brush.
I added definition to the face with MAC studio fix powder in NW58 and highlighted using Becca shimmering perfector in Topaz followed by MAC blush in Dollymix.
On her lips I lined the outer edges using MAC lip pencil in chestnut and filled in with MAC lipstick in lovelorn.
Nyasha was buzzing at this stage! When the dress came on the excitement became contagious! She literally danced her way to the car, it was such a delight to see!
It was a pleasure working with you Nyasha, God bless 🙂
