Destination Wedding – Lausanne, Switzerland

Ashi contacted me last year regarding her civil ceremony, unfortunately by the time she was ready to book I was no longer available on the day.

She contacted me again very early this year regarding her White wedding which was going to be held in Lausanne, Switzerland. A trial was scheduled almost immediately as she was keen to book as quickly as possible.

As well as the white wedding, I was also booked to glam her up for her cocktail party which took place the day before the wedding.

On the scheduled date, I left the UK, arriving at Geneva Airport, went to my hotel to drop some items and then straight to her hotel which was the absolutely gorgeous – Beau Rivage Palace in Lausanne. My area was set up which had the most amazing view ever!

For her cocktail party look I did a soft neutral eye look paired with a plum/Purple lip which was blotted to give a softer look.

On the main wedding day, after setting up I started makeup on both her 2 sisters, Her mum and Grooms mum.

For Ashi, her skin was thoroughly cleansed using Garnier Micellar Cleansing water and moisturized with Chanel Hydra Beauty Serum.

Her brows were then groomed using MAC brow pencil in Spiked and a clear brow gel to set.

Her eyelids were prepped with MAC paintpot in Painterly. Main shades used was MAC eyeshadow in Woodwinked and Makeup geek eyeshadow in Cosmopolitan.

Moving on to the skin, I primed using Smashbox photofinish foundation primer and then applied her foundation using a damp beauty blender sponge to control the amount of product applied. Ashi has a beautiful clear skin that doesn’t need heavy coverage. Her foundation was a mix of MAC studio fix fluid in Nc45 and Nc50. I then concealed and highlighted under her eyes with MAC pro long wear concealer in NC42 setting this with Sasha Buttercup loose setting powder. Other parts of her face was set with just a blot powder.

I then contoured her face using MAC mineralised skin finish in dark deepest and highlighted using Becca highlight powder in Opal. I asked her to smile and swept NARS blush in orgasm on her cheeks blending out.

Her lips were lined with a mix of MAC liner in Chestnut and NYX slim pencil in pinky. Her lip shade was a variety of pink shades to get the perfect pink for her and this was finished off with NARS lipgloss in Orgasm.
