Meet Brenda, my Ugandan Bride. Love how my job allows me meet beautiful women from a variety of Ethnic backgrounds. .
I was booked without needing a trial as she trusted me to fulfil her brief and bring her makeup vision to life. She also sent me visuals that best described the sort of look she wanted.
Arrived at her location to set up while Talented Hair Stylist – Abike finished off on her hair.
I started with my usual routine of cleansing the skin using Bioderma and nourishing the skin using Chanel hydra Beauty Serum.
Brows were groomed using MAC brow pencil in spiked. Her brows are quite sparse so I took care filling them to avoid them looking too dark.
On her eyes were an array of colours to give a multidimensional effect. Eyeshadows used by MAC comprised of Fire Spot (Limited edition unfortunately), Amber lights, all that glitters, swiss chocolate and Carbon. Then a bit of Makeup geek eyeshadow in Cosmopolitan. The eyes were finished up with Lancôme Artliner in Black Diamond and strip lashes by Ardell – 120.
Foundation used was Aj crimson Dual crème foundation and I concealed and highlighted using La girl pro hd concealers.
Blush used was MAC blush in Dolly mix with Bobbi brown bronze glow for extra shine. I contoured using MAC Sculpt powder in Definitive.
The whole look was finished off by applying Anastasia liquid lipstick in Pure Hollywood to her lips and softly defining the edges with a dark brown lip liner.
Brenda was glowing by the time I had finished and she looked sensational!
