So I had the privilege of working at Smashbox studios for the day πŸ™‚

I contacted MCMediaLondon and Charishair to collaborate with me on a bridal inspired shoot joined by amazing models – Milan and Sharon.

For inspiration I thought – β€˜Soft glam’ playing with colours ranging from soft peach to muted rose golds. I also used a lot of cream products to keep the skin looking fresh and sun kissed.

I really enjoyed using Danessa Myricks Illuminating products, a little goes a long way.

On the lips both models are wearing a recent favourite of mine – Smashbox Be legendary liquid lipstick in Petal metal.

I usually stay away from liquid lipsticks generally when working with clients as they have a tendency to dry out the lips often. But do try out this technique I used on this shoot.

Start with Kiehls lip balm 1 and gently blot off. Apply MAC lipliner in Cork around the edges of the lips for definition.

Then fill in the lips with MAC lipstick in Half n half before applying the liquid lipstick as a highlight to just the middle of the lips blending out. For a sultry effect like my models, finish off with a clear lipgloss over it. This will get your lips looking like a million dollars πŸ™‚

Do let me know if this technique works for you.
