Eron’s Wedding

My lovely bride Eron booked me for her Thursday wedding early this year. We were meant to have a trial but after she went through my portfolio she changed her mind and booked immediately.

Her location was the beautiful Fennes in Braintree, Essex.

I arrived on the day and arranged my setup area as the hairstylist – Dionne finished off on the hair.

Eron was so excited!! Like seriously, she was giggling all through her hair and makeup session. It was so endearing and sweet to see. It was a mission to keep her still enough to wear her lipstick too! 🙂

Eron had warned me regarding her extremely dry skin condition but I spotted nothing. She now explained she had embarked on a series of skin treatments which took care of the issue.

Her makeup began with a light spray of Chanel Hydra Beauty Essence Mist for freshness and hydration. Then her brows were filled in with a mix of MAC brow pencils in both Spiked and Stud. These were applied in light strokes to avoid her brows looking too thick and dark.

On her eyelids, using the Lorac pro palette I created a warm golden bronze eye look which complimented her beautiful dark skin. She already had individual lashes done days ago, so I jazzed it up with 2 coats of Lancome Hypnose drama mascara for more “drama”!

Her skin was softly prepped with Ysl Touche éclat blur primer before using a damp beauty blender sponge to apply Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H foundation. I then highlighted under her eyes using Kevyn Aucoin sensual skin enhancer in a mix of 12 and 13. This was set with Laura Mercier Loose powder in Translucent. Using a large fluffy brush I dusted MAC studio fix powder in NW45 on the other areas of her skin to give an added flawless coverage.

Blush used was NARS blush in Outlaw and to add sheen to the skin I dusted OPV highlighter in Gold digger which blended beautifully with the Blush shade.

Finishing off the look, the outer edges of her lips were filled in with MAC lip pencil in chestnut and filled in using a custom pink shade to suit what she wanted.

Loved the finish look!
