Chantal’s Wedding

I had a lovely bridal consultation with Chantal and she booked my service the next day. Her booking also included her mum, sister and a bridesmaid.

On her wedding day I arrived with a member from my beauty team at her beautiful wedding location at the Vaulty Manor.

The bride was getting a bit nervous but a hilarious moment occurred at the right time, we requested high stools or chairs from the reception and we were brought baby feeding high chairs. This made the whole room erupt in laughter and the bride was herself after this.

Chantal is blessed with gorgeous skin that was normal to dry. I began with a quick cleanse after her hair was prepped using Lancome Eau Micellaire Douceur followed by massaging in my favourite moisturiser – Embryolisse lait cream.

Her brows were filled in using MAC spiked pencil and combed through with a clear brow gel. On her eyes, after prepping the lids using MAC paint pot in laying low, I created a neutral eye look using my Lorac pro eyeshadow palette – Pewter, Lt bronze, expresso and black. This was finished off with Inglot gel liner in 77 and Ardell wispy lashes.

Moving on the face, her skin was primed using YSL Touche éclat blur primer and LA girl pro concealer in orange.

Foundation used was Lancome Teint idole Ultra 24h foundation in 15 and 16 using a damp beauty blender sponge. To conceal and highlight under her eyes I used NARS creamy concealer in Cafe and set using Laura Mercier loose setting powder in Medium deep and the rest of her face with MAC mineralize skin finish in Dark deepest.

To add sheen to her skin I dusted a mix of Becca shimmering skin perfector in Topaz and Bobbi brown shimmer brick in bronze. This gave her skin a luminous glow! Blush used was MAC ambering rose.

Her lips were lined using MAC lipliner in Chestnut and filled in with MAC lipstick in Half n half followed by a slick of clear gloss.
