Hello Everyone, Apologies for not being constant with the blog. Had some malware issues and had to take some time off to resolve it. I’m back now 🙂
I”ll be working with the lovely Audrey on her wedding later this year. This was her pre-wedding shoot with photographer – Adebayo Deru. It was lovely meeting her for the first time, she was dream to work with.
I arrived at her location – Canary Wharf plaza hotel. Arranged my setup and began work with her.
Her face was thoroughly cleansed using Garnier Cleansing water and a spray of Fix+ to hydrate the skin.
Brows were groomed using MAC brow pencil in spiked and combed through using a clear brow gel. Audrey was wearing a beautiful bronze gown and wanted colours to compliment the dress. So working mostly with MAC eyeshadows in bronze hues I created a softly smoked bronze eye look finished off with natural strip lashes.
Moving on to the skin, which was a feat considering her chest had red undertones and her neck and face looked more neutral going towards Red undertone. I can not remember the exact foundation used or brand but know I had to mix shades to get her correct skin tone. Finished off on the skin with MAC blush in Raizin and a sweep of Becca shimmering skin perfector in Topax.
Her lips were firstly lined using MAC lip liner in Chestnut and filled in with MAC lipstick in Bronze shimmer. This was topped with Charlotte Tilbury lipgloss in Ibiza night, a gorgeous gloss with flecks of gold.
I did help her with her hair by styling it into a half up half down hair do.
Audrey looked gorgeous! Can’t wait for the wedding!
